The base salary range for this position in Stevens Point, WI is $80,000.00 to $115,000.00, along with annual bonus eligibility. For the position based on Boston, MA, the base salary range is $85,000 to $120,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience. The MassHealth Application Specialist is responsible for managing the MassHealth application process from initiation through approval. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Managing all facility MassHealth eligibility reviews, conversions, and new applications</li>
<li>Consulting with residents and families to gather information throughout the application process and ensure required timelines are met</li>
<li>Monitoring application and appeal deadlines</li>

Qualifications:

This role requires strong technical knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), combined with proven leadership skills to drive successful project execution. Responsibilities

<li>Manage all phases of BAS projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.</li>
<li>Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to confirm compliance with scope, quality standards, and industry codes.</li>
<li>Provide clear direction to field teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.</li>
<li>Maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates, problem-solving, and project transparency.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly to minimize delays or cost overruns.</li>
<li>Oversee commissioning and closeout activities, ensuring system performance meets design intent and client expectations.</li>

 Qualifications

<li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and control drawings.</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts for projects ranging from mid-size to large-scale.</li>
<li>PMP or other project management certifications a plus.</li>
