Overview

<li>Process customer transactions through the point-of-sale system (includes discounts, coupons, returns, tax exemptions, etc.)</li>
<li>Help customers carry purchases to their vehicles.</li>
<li>Sort clothing donations and prepare them to be moved to the sales floor.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements:
Desired Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working in a retail environment.</li>
<li>High school diploma preferred.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Able to communicate well with other staff, volunteers, and any type of visitor to the ReStore.</li>
<li>Dependable and able to stick to a schedule.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills to respond to any questions or concerns.</li>
<li>Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize different tasks.</li>
<li>Flexibility to switch to different tasks quickly.</li>
<li>Able to work as part of a team and complete tasks as they are assigned.</li>
<li>Light arithmetic skills to accurately work on the register.</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:
The hourly rate for this part-time, in-person position is currently $16 and the position comes with a 20% employee discount.
