Looking for a leadership role with flexibility? Crumbl Cookies in Nashua is hiring a dependable Part-Time Key Holder to help lead our bakery during opening and closing shifts. Compensation

$13.50 per hour, plus tips (average earnings typically range from $18–$20+ per hour, depending on tips)
We're looking for someone with the flexibility to either open the bakery at 6:00 AM or close at approximately 10:30 PM. Weekend availability is expected, and consistency is key.
As a Key Holder, you'll play an important role in keeping each shift running smoothly. You'll help lead the team, ensure customers receive outstanding service, oversee opening and closing procedures, and jump in wherever needed-from mixing dough and decorating cookies to maintaining a clean, organized bakery. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work alongside your team while helping create the positive, energetic atmosphere Crumbl is known for.
The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and enjoys working with people. Previous leadership or food service experience is certainly helpful, but we care just as much about attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
