Duties include but are not limited to:

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for&nbsp;reliable and customer-focused part-time Bag Check Ambassadors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient bag check process for event attendees, contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience.

What will you do?
<ul>
<li>Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at the bag check area.</li>
<li>Process payments from guests for bag check services.</li>
<li>Inspect and securely store checked bags in designated areas.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with arena security policies regarding bag restrictions.</li>
<li>Issue claim tickets and assist guests with retrieving their belongings after the event.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized bag check office.</li>
<li>Collaborate with security personnel to address any concerns or prohibited items.</li>
<li>Handle guest inquiries and provide general event information.</li>
<li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with large crowds.</li>
<li>Log and distribute lost and found items.</li>
</ul>
More about you
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50lbs</li>
<li>Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude</li>
<li>Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus</li>
<li>Must be available to work an event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The average shift will be between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the event and needs</li>

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

<li>Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates, and other legal issues affecting property management</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner</li>
