Job Description Summary The Boys Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint.We have an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to cover an afternoon shift at our Bradley Street location. Hours are between 2pm and 6pm. Are you motivated to make a difference in the lives of children, and are looking for a job? If so, we invite you to apply ASAP. <li>Must be able to work without direct supervision and remain at the assigned post for extended periods of time. </li>
<li>Understands all safety procedures completely and ensures that they are followed appropriately.</li>

Job DescriptionThe Director of Finance &amp; Operations is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at DetecTogether. This role will oversee finance, organizational processes, impact measurement, and operations for the signature fundraising event. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who is equally comfortable building processes and rolling up their sleeves to execute them. They are detail-oriented, forward-looking, and skilled at collaborating across teams to drive organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities Finance &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, grant requirements, and financial policies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with external auditors, accountants, and legal advisors as needed.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.</li>

Operations &amp; Process Optimization

<li>Partner with development staff, volunteers, and leadership to support seamless planning and execution of the Gala and Golf Tournament, two of the organization’s most important fundraising events.</li>
<li>Develop and document efficient processes for event planning and follow-up, making it easier for the team to replicate and improve each year.</li>
<li>Provide operational and financial insights that help the team maximize fundraising results while maintaining a positive, team-driven approach.</li>
<li>Train and support staff in adopting new technologies.</li>
</ul>
Strategic Project Management &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Support project management of the organization’s strategic plan using Asana or similar tools.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally to track progress, ensure accountability, and drive results.</li>
<li>Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.</li>
</ul>
Technology &amp; Innovation
<ul>
<li>Stay current on emerging technology and AI applications that can improve efficiency, data management, and reporting.</li>
<li>Collaborate to identify and implement tools and systems that strengthen organizational capacity (e.g., CRM, project management platforms, financial systems).</li>

Impact Measurement &amp; Data Analytics

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<li>5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or project management, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and operational efficiency improvements.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with experience using Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and leverage claims data, survey results, and impact metrics.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in event operations and budget management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of emerging technologies and AI applications for nonprofit operations preferred.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.</li>
