Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list properties in a competitive environment.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Somerville and Greater Boston market trends.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest in working in a fast-growing, evolving market.
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
