League School for Autism is an award-winning, year-round program dedicated to the education of children on the Autism Spectrum. We are currently seeking a BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) for our program in Walpole. 
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education with current MA teaching certification in Moderate or Severe Special Needs; or a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology. </li>
<li>Current valid B.C.B.A. certification required.</li>
<li>Experience with autistic population and demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory and administrative skills.</li>
<li>Safety Care, CPR and First Aid certifications (training provided if necessary)</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Must pass CORI Background Check.</li>
</ul>
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
<ol>
<li>Develops behavior intervention strategies and techniques for individual students with input from the classroom team, and reviews on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Trains school/residential staff in the implementation of students’ individual behavior programs.</li>
<li>Trains school/residential staff in various behavior models, such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Safety-Care, etc.</li>
<li>Provides home training to families: this may include after-school hours.</li>
<li>Provides supervision to Behavior Technician(s) assigned to their program, and completes evaluations as required.</li>
<li>Monitors, collects and records data regarding student behavior programs on a daily basis. Prepares behavior data for presentation at various meetings, as needed. </li>
<li>Provides necessary behavior intervention for students throughout the school and in the community. Implements student behavior programs: positive reinforcement, breaks, time outs, etc., as appropriate, for each individual student.</li>
<li>Meets once a month with each League School residential house to provide training to staff and consultation on behavior approaches and programs for residential students.</li>
<li>Develops a therapeutic and effective relationship with students: uses appropriate voice modulation, sets reasonable boundaries, communication and actions, etc.</li>
<li>Completes paperwork, as needed, to include: Incident Reports, Accident Reports, and Behavior Summaries.</li>
<li>Monitors health and safety of students and follows through with the School Nurse on incidents which require medical attention.</li>
<li>Works as a team player. Attends supervision, staff meetings, classroom meetings, program meetings and annual review meetings, as assigned. Comes prepared with agenda and ready to discuss issues and solutions.</li>
<li>For students in their program(s), communicates with Specialists, School Nurse, Residential Staff, and Administrators to effectively maintain the goals of the student.</li>
<li>For students in their program(s), communicates with school districts, parents, clinicians, and other professionals outside of League to effectively maintain the goals of the student.</li>
<li>For students in their program(s), establishes and maintains a good working relationship between the school and the student’s home. This may include: phone contact, notes to parents, parent observations, home visits, consultations, team meetings, etc.</li>
<li>Conducts program meetings.</li>
<li>Ensures that staff in their program(s) provide data to measure student progress.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties, as designated by the Assistant Director of Education or Director of Education, that are deemed necessary for the operation of the school, such as evening trainings, Open House, etc.</li>
</ol>

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

<li>Submit and manage client and Subcontractor change orders. Must be able to determine if the subcontractor change order is valid and that the cost of the change order is reasonable.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Chair all project meetings.</li>
<li>Manage 3-4 projects at a time with supervisors on each project.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed project objectives as determined in the pre-job planning process.</li>
<li>Weekly reporting on all facets of the project submit and manage the following: RFIs/Log, Submittals/Log, Sub-Client Change</li>
<li>Orders/Log, Shop Drawings/Log, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, punch lists.</li>
<li>Take an active role in and guide jobs and job teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services.</li>
<li>Take a big picture view of strategy, risk assessment, and profitability and continuously communicate this view throughout the life of the project.</li>
<li>Identify and focus on critical issues related to construct ability including associated costs and logistical issues. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Berks Construction financial processes, controls, and reports, i.e., internal budgets, costs to complete, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change order preparation and resolution, contracts, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure that jobs are completed according to schedule and meet profit goals. Oversee the change order process to ensure the extras presented to the owner get approved and are fair.</li>
<li>Assist with new project transitions and pre-job planning.</li>
<li>Provide accurate percent complete status on projects to accounting each month.</li>
<li>Conduct a thorough analysis of job costs vs. budget.</li>
<li>Visit project sites for troubleshooting and for the purposes of ensuring project quality. Site visits to be at least once a week.</li>
<li>Oversee project security and safety.</li>
<li>Prepare project AIA Billing requisitions.</li>
<li>Review all purchase orders, delivery tickets, subcontractor requisitions, and invoices to see that they are coded correctly for project costing.</li>
<li>Coordinate with purchasing the requisition of materials and furnish information for</li>
<li>proper coding of invoices.</li>
