<li>Track Financials: Manage job costs, change orders, and invoicing accuracy to support healthy project margins.</li>
<li>Refine Systems: Contribute to ongoing improvement of production checklists, workflows, and dashboards for efficiency and scalability.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of residential construction experience, ideally within design-build environments.</li>
<li>Proven success as a Senior Project Manager or Production Manager leading complex remodels or new builds.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of residential construction practices, scheduling, and budgets.</li>
<li>A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset (think “D with a little C” on the DISC).</li>
<li>Hands-on trade experience (carpentry background preferred).</li>
<li>CSL (Construction Supervisor License) preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and general computer literacy required.</li>
<li>Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar project management software is highly preferred—this is a tech-driven role.</li>
<li>Local candidates only (within ~30 minutes of Swampscott, MA).</li>
