The college is seeking an educator and licensed HVAC&amp;R Technician with a passion for teaching, learning and student success as well as good administrative and organizational skills. Through teaching, supervision and support, faculty development, and program enhancement, the Assistant Professor and Program Chair of HVAC&amp;R Technology advances the mission. <li>Strong communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Customer Service experience preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and take initiative&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lifeguard Certification ( or willingness to obtain)&nbsp;</li>
<li>High Adventure Trained ( or willingness to obtain) &nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Physical Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Regularly lift and move 25 lbs; frequently lift up to 50 lbs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be physically capable of climbing, hiking, and working at heights.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to operate mechanical equipment and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule that changes from season to season.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
