Office Assistant Responsibilities

<li>Provide administrative and clerical support to department staff or leadership</li>
<li>Perform word processing, filing, faxing, and general document management</li>
<li>Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately</li>
<li>Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with conference logistics</li>
<li>Maintain financial records and assist with expense tracking</li>
<li>Order and maintain office supplies, and sort/distribute mail</li>
<li>Support special projects as assigned</li>

Office Assistant Requirements

<li>High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)</li>
<li>Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail</li>
<li>Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days</li>
