SUBSTANCE ADDICTION COUNSELOR POSITION SUMMARY The Substance Addiction Counselor will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with all other disciplines on the Behavioral Health Unit to provide a proactive and collaborative approach in serving the patient population. The Substance Addiction Counselor is responsible for delivering quality treatment to justice involved individuals with varying levels of substance use/abuse issues, and who are using a variety of addictive substances. The Counselor will collaborate with all disciplines to attain effectiveness in serving the patient population. SUBSTANCE ADDICTION COUNSELOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
<ul>
<li>Graduation from a Bachelor's level program or higher</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years employment in a clinician/counselor/social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a substance use certification (i.e., CAC, CADC, CAADC, LADC)</li>
<li>Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report</li>

SUBSTANCE ADDICTION COUNSELOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li>Professionals will provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and on-going evaluations, and provide consultation to in-house and community services.</li>
<li>Assesses individual’s level of functioning, strengths and weaknesses related to primary substance use diagnosis</li>
<li>Orients individual to treatment process/program goal</li>
<li>Delivers and reinforces evidence-based treatment/curricula.</li>
<li>Develops treatment and discharge plans in conjunction with Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals</li>
<li>Performs individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate. </li>
<li>Delivers and scores/interprets pre and post-tests, to include post-program surveys, as indicated.</li>

<li>Possesses excellent communication skill</li>

<li>The Substance Addiction Counselor performs risk assessment of clients; coordination of care with interdisciplinary team including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals and corrections; and discharge planning. </li>
<li>The Substance Addiction Counselor assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. </li>
<li>The Substance Addiction Counselor provides the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports.</li>
<li>The Substance Addiction Counselor utilizes clinical skills such as prioritizing treatment needs; crisis management; brief clinical interventions including CBT and Motivational Interviewing. </li>
<li>Excellent and timely documentation skills required. </li>

Vocational experience and/or previous in home service technician experience preferred. Walnut Street Center, Inc is Nonprofit, Human Services agency providing support to Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. We are currently seeking a Case Worker to join our growing team to provide coverage in the Concord/Acton/Littleton (Central Middlesex County) area.
The Case Worker provides supports for adults with developmental disabilities who are living independently or with their families. Such support services are determined through the individual’s ISP and in ongoing clinical and functional assessments. The goal is to promote individual growth in the areas of choice and decision-making, community membership, household management skills, relationships, and personal accomplishments. This position will ensure that the individuals achieve/maintain independence and control of their lives. The Case Worker balances their schedule of visiting individuals in their homes and taking phone calls from individuals, coordinating services, and participating in team meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Case Management Skills
<ul>
<li>Balances a regular caseload dependent upon each individual’s hours of support. Maintains a regular schedule of interactions with individuals on his/her caseload.</li>

About The Role:
Compensation is $16-18 Per hour based on experience.&nbsp;
The General Service Technician is a blended role with both front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week dedicated to front counter duties. This position is responsible for performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications while effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests. Additionally, as a key holder and manager on duty (MOD) when needed, the General Service Technician plays a vital role in providing a superior guest experience, driving sales of automotive services and tires, and ensuring a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
Job Description 
Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs effectively and efficiently in accordance with Monro standards of operation.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Tire Services – perform wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation and TPMS service and repair.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Vehicle Services – perform lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance (e.g.: bulb, wiper blade and filter replacements, etc.), battery testing and installations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Consistently complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process, on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking&nbsp;inventory.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Consistently perform service(s) in accordance with Monro’s safety standards including but not limited to Monro’s Wheel Torque, Oil safety and compliance procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro’s Road Test policy, including consistently dedicated test drive routes, while observing utilizing our all local traffic and safety laws.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules.&nbsp;Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines including but not limited to lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Under the direction of management, assists in various aspects of guest care, work order completion and register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.&nbsp;</li>
<li>This position is a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Perform other duties as assigned and required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)&nbsp;and have the ability to operate customer’s vehicles to conduct test drives.</li>

<li>Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements: &nbsp;
This job operates in an automotive shop environment.&nbsp; The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. General Service Technicians must be able to complete the following but not limited to:&nbsp;

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to see, and lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping,kneeling, twisting.</li>
