The Fiscal Coordinator is responsible for reconciliation of reimbursement requests received from Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) participating in the State 911 Department’s seven (7) grant programs.

<li>Recommend payment of reimbursements in compliance with grant guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations on grant guidelines based upon feedback received from PSAPs and lessons learned during current grant cycle to enhance processes and performance.</li>

<li>Provides support and training to PSAP staff and other municipal employees on the Department’s grant programs, to include but not limited to, presenting materials during virtual workshops.</li>

<li>Assist with recording and management of Departmental fixed assets, as needed.</li>

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University (Master’s Degree preferred)</li>
<li>At least (5) years of healthcare-management experience</li>
<li>At least 2–3-year experience in an ASC</li>
<li>RN License is Preferred </li>
<li>CPR certification and ACLS certification</li>
<li>Ability to multi – task effectively and efficiently</li>
<li>Recognizes and defines problems, collects data, established facts, draws valid conclusions, and corrects errors</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and professionally interact verbally and/or in writing with others</li>
<li>Computer literacy</li>
