Job DescriptionNorth Suffolk's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) - Emergency Services Program is looking for a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our Team! The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides direct emergency psychiatric clinical services to youth and their families and coordination/consultation to other care providers also involved, in collaboration with other emergency services staff. The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides prescreening evaluations for information and communicates ongoing needs of youth and families back to the emergency services team to coordinate and execute follow-up. 
This is a mobile position, with the expectation of some on-site shifts and on-site response.
The commute to work must be able to be easily completed within an hour, even during rush hour traffic. 
This position is currently offering a $5,000 language differential for bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese speakers.
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Provide support, coordination of disposition planning and treatment service for the duration of the MCI episode of care according to clinical need.</li>
<li>Fulfill aspects of YMCI (Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention) ESP specifications, which require in-home crisis intervention with youth and families.</li>
<li>Coordinate follow up with other staff members of the Emergency Services Program to insure needs of youth and family are met to reduce crisis.</li>
<li>Provide direct mobile and on site psychiatric clinical services in coordination with other community service providers.</li>
<li>Evaluate clients in terms of setting and treatment plan which includes evaluation and developing a treatment plan.</li>
<li>Identify needs and strengths; assist in planning, implementing and evaluating necessary care of individuals, children and families in conjunction with community resources.</li>
<li>Asses crisis or emergency situations and intervene immediately with appropriate treatment for clients.</li>
<li>Prepare written/computer cases recording documents, within prescribed time limits.</li>

OBJECTIVES:
Focus for this role is ONCOLOGY.
• Provides quality assurance oversight of the global clinical research programs in Oncology Business Unit (OBU) with the overall goal of inspection readiness.
• Serves as a Strategic Quality Thought Partner to Clinical Program Teams and other key stakeholders in the delivery of the clinical research programs, providing professional clinical research quality expertise and risk-based advice.
• With the guidance of Head of Clinical Program Quality, TAU, defines and implements a risk-based program audit strategy, ensuring communication of significant quality and compliance risks to key stakeholders and Management and appropriate and timely investigations and mitigations are in place.
• Leads the clinical pre-approval inspection (PAI) readiness programs, the management of the inspection and the response and follow-up activities. Ensures that any inspection risks are well-communicated and mitigated. These inspections include both sponsor and investigator sites.
 
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provide expertise in GCP compliance interpretation, consultation, training, and recommendations to assigned high priority development program teams
• Assume complex assignments on issues or studies where there is no precedent
• Mentor and provide support to Manager level CPQ personnel, as needed
• Represent CPQ in program-specific meetings and global CPQ team assigned

• Lead GCP health authority inspections; lead clinical development teams in preparation for announced inspections and provide GCP compliance technical support during inspections of investigator sites and Takeda. Facilitate appropriate and timely inspection responses and follow-up actions

<li>Consult with department directors on the operation of their departments to assist in correcting problems and improving services.</li>
<li>Ensure an adequate number of trained professional and other personnel are on duty to meet the needs of the residents.</li>
<li>Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.</li>
<li>Review/check competence of work force and make necessary corrections as necessary.</li>
<li>Counsel/discipline personnel as requested or as may become necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure discipline is fair and without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion, handicap, or marital status.</li>
<li>Terminate employment of personnel when necessary, documenting and coordinating such actions with the Human Resources Manager.</li>
<li>Serve as liaison to the governing board, medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staff.</li>
<li>Follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection/prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure that the building and grounds are maintained in good repair.</li>
<li>Review accident/incident reports and establish an effective accident prevention program.</li>
<li>Ensure that all facility personnel follow established regulations governing the use of labels and MSDSs for hazardous chemicals.</li>
<li>Ensure that personnel follow established policies governing the use/disposal of personal protective equipment and disposal of infectious wastes.</li>
<li>Other(s) that may become necessary/appropriate to assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.</li>
<li>Authorize the purchase of major equipment/supplies in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure the facility is clean and safe for residents by assuring that equipment and supplies are maintained.</li>
<li>Ensure that adequate supplies and equipment are on hand to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the facility and residents.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing an annual operating budget for approval by the governing board.</li>
<li>Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating cost of the facility.</li>
<li>Review and interpret monthly financial statements and provide such information to the governing board.</li>
<li>Ensure financial records and cost reports are submitted to authorized government agencies as required by current regulations.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of the economic condition and make adjustments to assure the continued ability to provide quality care.</li>
<li>Meet with department directors regularly and conduct/participate in in-service classes and supervisory level training programs.</li>

<li>Review resident complaints &amp; grievances and make reports of action taken. Discuss with resident and family as appropriate.</li>
<li>Ensure that policies governing timely notice for resident discharges and room/roommate changes are followed by all personnel.</li>
<li>Ensure resident funds are managed in accordance with current regulations &amp; appropriate accounting records are maintained.</li>
<li>Ensure residents receive necessary nursing, medical &amp; psychosocial services to maintain their highest mental/physical status.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's Degree is required. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience working at an Executive Level</li>
<li>Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility.</li>
<li>Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements of this State.</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.</li>
<li>Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration.</li>
<li>Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.</li>
<li>Must be able to plan, organize, develop, implement, &amp; interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary for providing quality care and a sound operation.</li>

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and related transactions in compliance with company policies. This role maintains financial data integrity, supports month-end reporting and closing activities, and works with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and meet accounting deadlines.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Ensure AP transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.</li>
<li>Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed and records and processes payments for debts owed by the organization.</li>
<li>Verifies customer invoices are billed and coded accurately to job according to project documentation and customer requirements</li>
<li>Process daily AP invoices and ensure invoices are recorded and coded accurately and matched against Purchase orders and the Good received to Company policy.</li>
<li>Processes vendor invoices as received, accurately entering all data into Company accounting systems. Verifies vendor invoices are billed and coded accurately to job and period according to project documentation</li>
<li>Accountable for all Accounts Payable deadlines and works closely with the Corporate Controller and other staff to ensure those deadlines are met</li>
<li>Maintains appropriate approvals for non-purchase order Payables.</li>
<li>Match and file all Payables</li>
<li>Perform weekly check run including Positive Pay and maintain Outstanding Check Reports</li>
<li>Perform month end Journal Entries and Accruals; Filing of 1099s; Maintain Capital Expenditure Files</li>
<li>Responds to customer or vendor inquiries regarding payments or billing and researches and resolves discrepancies.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>High School diploma required, Associate’s Degree a plus</li>
<li>3-5 years prior Accounts Payable experience required</li>
<li>Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite</li>
