<li>Assists Providers and Physicians with communication to patients regarding test results, recommendations, and responses to treatment plans</li>
<li>Prepares the examination room with needed supplies, instruments, and equipment, and maintains room in a clean manner</li>
<li>Ensures the Providers and Physicians are on schedule being mindful of emergencies and unexpected interruptions</li>
<li>Prepares specimens and documentation for processing or transportation to processing facility</li>
<li>Ensures vaccines are handled and administered in accordance with standards of the NH Immunization Program with provision for reporting of adverse events</li>
<li>Acts as a clinical leader and a mentor in the practice providing feedback and guidance to Medical Assistants</li>
<li>Communicates clinical education needs to the Practice Coordinator and Practice Director in an effort to optimize functional team capacity</li>
<li>Works with Practice Director and Practice Coordinator to improve and/or implement clinical workflows within the practice</li>
<li>Works with Care Coordinators and Quality Management liaisons to help close identified patient care gaps; inspire clinical teams to strive for targeted quality goals; and link patients and their family members to resources for optimal care compliance</li>
