JKHE is seeking a full-time civil engineer/engineering technician.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Record research
- Site and roadway layout and grading
- Utility design
- Stormwater management design
- Earthwork quality analysis
- Subsurface investigations (soil evaluation)
- Septic system design
The ideal candidate will have experience with the design and permitting of medium to large residential and commercial development projects in Massachusetts, including proficiency in the Massachusetts DEP Stormwater Management Regulations; Carlson Civil Suite; HydroCAD; excellent writing skills, client communication, presentation skills, project management skills, understanding of local and state permitting processes, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
