Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment Job Summary:
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, organizing and implementing the activities programs of the facility.</li>
<li>Interview residents or family members to obtain activity information. </li>
<li>Assist the Activity Director with preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the activity needs of each resident.</li>
<li>Review and report on resident assessments.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a good rapport with all the services involved with the care plan.</li>
<li>Encourage social communication among residents through group activities and recreation.</li>
<li>Encourage residents to participate in hobbies and crafts; provide materials as necessary.</li>
<li>Assists in the transportation of residents to activities.</li>
