Working under close supervision may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. Performs routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures. Work is closely and continually reviewed. Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date. Be able to clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral form. Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers such as tours. Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations. Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives in order to enhance production processes to achieve quality and profitability metrics. Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable and quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all products. Shoes must be worn at all times in the production area. Stockings or socks are required. The heel of a shoe must not be pointed or higher than 2 inches. Sandals, clogs, slippers, and open-toe, or open-heel shoes are not allowed. Shoes with straps or weave where toes can be seen are not allowed. Changing shoes in the production area, other than a gowning room, is not allowed. Torsos, upper arms, and legs must be covered. Pants (above the ankle), skirts (above the ankle), skirts with slits, short shirts (above the navel), and sleeveless tops are not allowed. Skirts at the ankle are allowed, but full-length stockings, leggings, or pants must be worn under them. Nail polish, acrylic, artificial nails, or similar nail coatings are not allowed. Jewelry or body piercings that can pierce gloves or cannot be covered under gowning materials will not be permitted in the production area. Makeup shall not be worn. Lip balm in stick form is acceptable when applied outside of production areas and prior to hand washing. Scented personal use products shall not be worn, except deodorant. Our global headquarters is in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
The Business Systems Analyst will work across engineering, operations, finance planning, quality, and product management to map and improve core business processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This role will drive requirements definition, solution architecture, and adoption for high-value workflows, partnering closely with the BU &amp; Group IT and select vendors to ensure secure, supportable integrations with ERP/PLM/CRM systems and excel-native data. The position requires a blend of process excellence, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on familiarity with Microsoft tools to accelerate our digital transformation and support our rapid growth in AI/ML interconnects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to define product-quality business processes, application needs, and digital roadmaps; facilitate discovery workshops and create current/future-state process maps.</li>
<li>Establish a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements to set penetration strategies for workflow standardization and automation across sites and functions.</li>
<li>Convert business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and solution architectures spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint/Dataverse, Power BI, and ERP/PLM/CRM integrations.</li>
<li>Drive the intake, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of workflow and analytics initiatives; run agile sprints and lead UAT, training, and adoption.</li>
<li>Create and enforce governance standards (environments, permissions, documentation, naming, templates) to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.</li>
<li>Build a measurable improvement funnel, aligning the business and IT on actions to deliver cycle-time reduction, hours saved, and improved data quality.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide analysts and citizen developers to raise the organization's digital fluency.</li>
<li>Establish &amp; support KPIs to track business process improvements.</li>
<li>Any other activities required by the business to support its growth and processes.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>BS in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.</li>
<li>58+ years in Business Systems, Process Improvement, or IS Business Analysis within an engineering/manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience architecting solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and integrating with at least one of ERP/PLM/CRM/MES.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills</li>
<li>Strong process modeling (Visio/Lucidchart), requirements management, and stakeholder leadership skills.</li>
<li>Proven financial, interpersonal, and program management skills; comfortable influencing across multiple levels and global functions.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently</li>
<li>Travel required as needed to support global sites.</li>
