<li>Supervise and provide leadership to a team of drivers, offering guidance, support, and training to enhance operational efficiency and foster a positive team culture.</li>
<li>Track product rejections, delivery reschedules, and any other delivery exceptions.</li>
<li>Work closely with the National Distribution Team to allocate resources effectively.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Sales Team to maximize customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure all orders are properly manifested in METRC.</li>
<li>Manage important documents such as invoices, cash receipts, manifests, etc.</li>
<li>Work with drivers and customers to resolve any issues.</li>
</ul>
Order Fulfillment
<ul>
<li>Perform daily activities to fulfill orders in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensure all outbound orders are accurate and properly documented.</li>
<li>Oversee the picking and packing of orders and ensure order accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing area.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments, including Case Packaging, Compliance, and Sales, to ensure proper workflow and communication.</li>
<li>Routinely conduct cycle counts and properly document all inventory movements.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage the fulfillment team.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain SOPs related to order processing and management.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe working environment and efficient space utilization.</li>
<li>Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures using FIFO (First In, First Out).</li>
<li>Ensure all order boxes are properly labeled with customer name, order number, box count, and METRC tags.</li>
<li>Ensure all orders are released and fulfilled before the delivery date.</li>
<li>Oversee METRC package creation and troubleshoot any errors with the Compliance team.</li>
<li>Adhere to all state regulations related to the storage and movement of inventory within the facility.</li>
