Summary:
The ReStore Donation Associate provides excellent customer service and ensures customers and donors have a safe, positive, and rewarding experience. They assist in pricing, merchandising, and maintaining the sales floor; cashiering, moving, and loading donations; and other duties as assigned.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Clean, sort, price, and store donations according to the price guide and refer to the Supervisor if guidance is needed.</li>
<li>Assist in keeping the loading dock area clear and in safe condition and keep the back room free of clutter.</li>
<li>Promptly assist donors who come to drop off donations and accept or reject them based on whether the items are in good, sellable condition.</li>
<li>Assist in unloading scheduled pickups alongside the truck drivers, as well as any other specialty pickups throughout the week.</li>

What You Will Be Doing As a full-time Victra Technology Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our Kiosk locations inside one of our large National Retail Partner stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate customer experience with an emphasis on supporting and selling into the SMB segment.

Compensation and Benefits
We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $45,000 to $70,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Education: High school diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Experience: One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Selling to SMB customers in retail or directly preferred</li>
<li>Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.</li>
<li>Age: At least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Legal: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Physical: Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
 
Training Requirements 
All Sales Consultants must complete a 2-week training program, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be required.
