Summary: This position requires the candidate to provide instruction and supervision to our clients in the Tech Room supporting them with apartment, job and essential services research and provide overall administrative and volunteer support for Lowell Transitional Living Center (LTLC). The activities coordinator reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for the cleanliness, safety and instruction to clients who may have limited experience and use of technology in the tech room but also recruit volunteers and keep track of them. This candidate must not only be a teacher, but also a coach.

Primary Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot common technology problems independently or with the support of the Technology Coordinator. </li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to create technology lessons to support teaching objectives.</li>

<li>Teach or co-teach technology lessons with classroom teachers.</li>

<li>Work closely with internal project team to resolve design issues and ensure strong coordination between field and office staff.</li>
<li>Correspond with the owner and design team to incorporate competitive pricing or present value engineering opportunities for the project.</li>
<li>Conduct subcontractor and OAC meetings on weekly or as needed basis to keep all project stakeholders aligned on progress and actionable tasks.</li>
<li>Process change management in a timely manner with owners and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Dedication to OSHA and NWBC safety policies, guaranteeing all team members return safely to their families each day.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the field team to update and control project schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure proper document control with management of the plans, RFIs, submittals and other project documents.</li>
<li>Perform closeout procedures and project commissioning, while maintaining a positive relationship with the owner.</li>
<li>Execute predictable monthly billings and sub payments by working directly with the accounting team.</li>
</ul>

Preferred qualifications and experience:
<ul>
<li>Four (4) years minimum of similar experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Operational experience Procore, Sage Intacct, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, MS Project or p6</li>
<li>Proven track record of operating in similar positions, in a large team while displaying respect, professionalism, confidence &amp; enthusiasm.</li>
<li>Understanding of construction management processes, knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, and quality standards.</li>
