Job SummaryWe’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor / Housekeeper who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our client. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms,&nbsp; emptying trash etc.&nbsp; The ideal candidate has a great work ethic,&nbsp; and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, and empty trash cans daily</li>
<li>Clean windows, supply paper products to all restrooms</li>
<li>Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees</li>
<li>Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete</li>
<li>Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite</li>
<li>Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment</li>
<li>Excellent stamina and physical health</li>

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist to cover a maternity leave. This position is expected to last approximately 8–10 weeks starting in late January. 
As the "face" and "voice" of our company during this period, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who can jump in with a positive attitude, manage administrative workflows, and ensure our customers feel valued and respected in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Customer Service &amp; Communication:&nbsp;Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls. Answer the phone with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Direct calls to the appropriate team members and ensure every customer is treated with the utmost respect and a positive attitude.</li>
<li>Order Entry:&nbsp;Accurately take and process customer orders received via phone and internet. Enter order details into our internal system promptly and without errors.</li>
<li>Billing &amp; Invoicing:&nbsp;Process customer payments for orders and generate accurate invoices in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Logistics &amp; Shipping:&nbsp;Assist with the shipping process by generating freight quotes for customers, creating Bills of Lading (BOLs), and scheduling pickups with freight vendors. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills:&nbsp;You must be a "people person" with a friendly phone manner.</li>
<li>Strong computer literacy and data entry skills (experience with order entry software is a plus).</li>
<li>Attention to detail, particularly regarding payment processing and shipping documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and commit to the full 8–10 week duration.</li>
</ul>
