ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

Builds customer relationships and ensures a positive experience for every visitor to the Truck. 3) Communicates efficiently with retail, market and Farm Grown vegetable departments to provide feedback, ensure product is available, and procedures are being followed. 4) Processes customer purchases efficiently and accurately. Handles all types of regular point of sale (POS) transactions including cash, check, credit cards, gift certificates and mixed tender. Maintains drawer accuracy. 5) Responsible for keeping truck areas clean and orderly. Assists in keeping the retail facilities clean and organized. 6) Closes Farm Truck at 1pm daily, packs up remaining produce and unloads produce back at the farm store. Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff (Wednesday-Satuday 11pm-9am) assist residents in developing parenting skills and completing daily tasks, while always maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. The Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the program during overnight hours, including completing hourly bed checks and monitoring the residence for any concerns. 
 Shift: Wednesday-Satuday 11pm-9am
RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Provide overnight supervision and support to Young Parent familiesresidingin the program.</li>
<li>Conduct and document hourly bed checks;maintaindetailed andaccuratelog notes. </li>
<li>Transport Young Parents to appointments and other local destinations in line with program policies, particularly those related to Service Plan related tasks. </li>
<li>Support Young Parents in developing skills for daily living and parenting through instruction and guidance. </li>
<li>Uphold and enforce program rules and policies while modeling respectful,appropriate behavior.</li>
<li>Administer andmonitorthe Medical Management Program as instructed by the Program RN. </li>
