Job DescriptionNorth Suffolk is looking for Relief Workers to join our team! As a Relief Worker you will be responsible for the health, safety and quality of life of individuals living in our Substance Use Disorder Residential Programs. These programs are considered to be a High Intensity Residential Service. The program provides behavior modification treatment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. We provide medication assisted treatment for those individuals who meet the criteria and residents are treated for mental health disorders. This is a 24 hour a day program with 24 hour per day staffing. Programs located in East Boston and Chelsea.
The Relief Worker is a per diem position paying $20/hour. 
What you’ll do:

<li>Ensure the health &amp; safety of the individuals at all times through a conscientious awareness of their activities &amp; assist as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing, teaching, and assisting individuals with IAP goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure proper administration and documentation of all medication.</li>
<li>Assist and approve weekly activity logs for each resident assigned.</li>

Job DescriptionThe on-call caregiver should be a seasoned, experienced caregiver for senior citizens. Our mission is to provide child-centered, quality care to children of families who live or work in Randolph, Braintree or Brookfield (the Orange Southwest School district). We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding early education, with a focus on outdoor exploration. What will you be doing? As a Center Director, you will work side-by-side with teachers, children, and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include:

The Divisoanl Director for Childcare will oversee the management and strategic direction of childcare programs within Catholic Charities. Working closely with the Executive Team, the Director will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal integrity, growth, and operational performance of the Children division. The Divisional Director will ensure that program outcomes align with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provide leadership and strategic direction for childcare programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of organizational strategy, including marketing and resource development.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to improve program enrollment, service delivery, and fiscal performance in collaboration with program directors and stakeholders.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>At least 4-5 years of supervisory and managerial experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of EEC guidelines, QRIS, UPK, NAEYC Accreditation, and CACFP, with a solid understanding of regulatory processes.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with a diverse population, demonstrating cultural competence.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
