<p>Monadnock Worksource is looking for Home Care Providers to Join our Adult Foster Care Team.  Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? Join Monadnock Worksource as a Home Care Provider and help individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders live fulfilling lives right in your own home.  Locations: We are seeking providers in Marlborough, Swanzey, Keene, Peterborough, and surrounding towns in New Hampshire.  Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, routines, housekeeping, nutrition, and cooking. Develop and implement routines that promote skill-building, community participation, and relationship-building. Provide transportation to appointments, shopping trips, and community activities. Manage schedules for medical, dental, and other necessary appointments. Coordinate medication administration and ensure compliance with health needs.  Requirements: Valid driver's license and auto insurance, Home or renters' insurance. Ability to pass criminal, DMV, DCYF, and BEAS background checks. Your home must meet State Certification Requirements  Benefits: A generous bi weekly stipend and support from a great team. Individuals have day programs 6 hours each weekday.
