The primary responsibility of this role will be caring for the baby throughout the day, including following her feeding routine and supporting her development through age-appropriate activities. The family's three-year-old child attends daycare and will occasionally be home during school closures or holidays, at which time the nanny may provide care for both children.

About the Family
This family is looking for a nanny who will become a trusted, long-term part of their household. They value kindness, reliability, safety, and someone who is warm, attentive, and responsive to their children's needs.
The family has two friendly French Bulldogs who are an important part of the household. No pet care is required, but the nanny should be comfortable around dogs and enjoy having them present throughout the day.
The nanny will have autonomy throughout the day and should feel comfortable independently managing the infant’s routine and activities.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is caring, responsible, and confident caring for an infant. They are attentive to details, comfortable following specific routines, and prioritize safety while creating a calm and engaging environment.
The nanny should feel comfortable following the baby's feeding instructions and supporting her individual needs. The baby currently has GERD and requires thickened formula and being kept upright after feedings, so experience with or comfort following specialized infant care routines is helpful. Otherwise, she is a happy, healthy baby who is doing very well and enjoys tummy time and music. A nanny who is dependable, nurturing, and excited to build a long-term relationship with the family will thrive in this role.
