Position Responsibilities:
The Resident Service Coordinator is responsible for the direct coordination of services and supports for residents at an assigned housing site. This role involves identifying and facilitating access to beneficial resources, acting as a liaison between the Housing Authority/Property Manager and residents when appropriate, and working collaboratively with Housing Authority/Property Manager staff to support all residents.
