<li>Prepares all auxiliary equipment for production support, including but not limited to drying equipment, debating equipment and packaging requirements. </li>
<li>Prepares raw materials for production support. </li>
<li>Reports labor and production transactions accurately in ERP system. </li>
<li>Supports other areas/functions within the department/facility when requested to support production operations. </li>
<li>Performs equipment start-up and shut down maintenance and troubleshooting operational issues with tooling, machines or auxiliary equipment. </li>
<li>Complies with all organizational, local and federal safety and health regulations </li>
</ul>

Qualification Requirements
Credentials/Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>
<li>2-5 years’ plastic injection molding operator experience</li>
<li>Forklift Certification preferred. </li>
<li>Proven experience in successfully setting up and processing injection molding machines required. </li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)</li>
<li>Ability to use basic measuring tools including but not limited to calipers, height gauges and comparison charts</li>
<li>Ability to use basic processing equipment including but not limited to drill presses, deburring tools, and cutting pliers </li>
