Qualifications
Required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred.</li>
<li>15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 8 years in medical device or diagnostic product manufacturing.</li>
<li>Prior experience in small company or startup environment.</li>
<li>Proven track record in building and scaling manufacturing operations for complex med device systems and consumables.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, GMP, and international quality standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with design transfer, process validation, and launching new products into production.</li>
<li>Leadership experience in managing teams, facilities, vendors, and contract manufacturers.</li>
<li>Hands-on operational leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.</li>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assembler 1 is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.

<li>Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail</li>
<li>Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers</li>
<li>Ability to train other/new associates</li>
