1-2 years&nbsp;machine operating (spindle&nbsp;machines, molding/press&nbsp;machines, CNC&nbsp;machines, etc.).

Basic&nbsp;math skills.
</li>
<li>
Ability to speak, read and write in English, for safety reasons.
</li>
<li>
Ability to use and read basic measurement tools (such as a measuring tape).
</li>
<li>
Level of exposure to a&nbsp;manufacturing floor/environment, including&nbsp;machine helpers.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable with a physical position in a loud environment.
</li>
<li>
Ability to identify if something is wrong with the product (basic visual inspection/quality control).
</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:

HS diploma required, GED or equivalent preferred.
</li>
<li>
0-2 years of experience required;&nbsp;manufacturing experience in a similar production environment preferred.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Attention to detail and ability to&nbsp;maintain focus.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of production process and quality control.
</li>
