The Trial Graphics &amp; Logistics Analyst will assist the firm’s national trial team with producing trial and deposition presentations, as well as other trial related media and logistical needs.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Conceptualize, design, and oversee the completion of high-level graphics, illustrations, and animations</li>

<li>Work directly with the trial graphics/logistics team regarding equipment requirements and IT resources (internal and external) to ensure pre-trial testing and trial production processes are available throughout the lifecycle of the trial. <li>Provide comprehensive pre-trial and onsite litigation technology support for all trial graphic/logistics including: resource oversight and coordination with MG+M litigation teams and vendors as deemed appropriate</li>
<li>Participate in internal team meetings regarding the litigation lifecycle (identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, production, and presentation of ESI and paper documents)</li>
<li>Responsible for the production of pre-trial and in-trial support process documentation and workflows (e.g., litigation intake forms, check lists etc.); implement best practices related to litigation practice technology, document management and litigation workflow</li>
<li>Monitor litigation practice support technology trends and make recommendations to improve litigation support services</li>

Candidate Qualifications:

<li>Experience in a courtroom during trial and knowledge of preparing a courtroom with technology</li>

Litigation Attorney

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Our client, a Massachusetts university with a location in Worcester, is seeking an administrative assistant to join the team. The Temporary Disability Assistant will support the disability review process by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of disability supplements and clinical information. This role involves handling HIPAA-sensitive information, coordinating with clinical sources, and providing customer service. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to make complex privacy decisions, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role paying $27 per hour. Qualified and interested individuals are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Major Responsibilities:

<li>Review disability supplements for accuracy and completeness, escalating priority cases to the SPMP.</li>
<li>Make decisions about privacy matters regarding client cases, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li>
<li>Request and verify clinical information from treating sources, ensuring all information meets legal requirements.</li>
<li>Communicate with agencies to resolve incomplete cases and consult with SPMP for further action.</li>
<li>Handle telephone contact with clinical sources to ensure timely receipt of information.</li>
<li>Review external databases to identify cases that can be completed quickly.</li>
<li>Distribute new cases to appropriate staff and manage returned mail for impact on cases.</li>
<li>Coordinate transportation for clients' consultative examinations and report on any issues.</li>
<li>Provide customer service by answering incoming calls and offering telephonic support.</li>
<li>Make decisions regarding the rescheduling of clinical evaluations and provide feedback to SPMP.</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>3-5 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HIPAA laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret complex HIPAA regulations and educate clients/agencies.</li>
<li>Strong phone customer service and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. </li>
