 Responsibilities 
In addition to performing visits and completing coordination of client care, the Registered Nurse RN Home Health is the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients and oversees the frequency of visits for the episode. The Registered Nurse RN consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care. Performing accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current, ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely, attending weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings are key responsibilities of this role.
This part-time salaried position works 24 hours/week, over 4 days in the week, and is eligible for our 60% paid days off program.

Position Summary: Performs hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature as well as assists the physician during all procedures. Works with patients from adolescents to geriatrics. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Assists nursing personnel with emergency procedures. Assumes responsibility for maintenance and quality control of equipment. Cleans and packages instruments/supplies for sterilization. Assumes role of monitor tech as needed.

Qualifications:
\n
 Education Required: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology Program. Experience: New Grads Welcome to Apply! Preferred: 1 year in Cardiac Cath Lab

AART Registry

Current MA License or process of obtaining MA License
\n
CCI or RCIS Certification preferred
\n
 Required: BLS, ACLS within 12 months of hire into position.
