Position Summary Due to an immediate and significant increase in referrals, we actively seeking a compassionate, flexible, and client-focused Outpatient Clinician to join our growing, inclusive team in a newly renovated space. This full-time, fee-for-service role reports to the Clinical Director and includes opportunities for bonuses. The clinician will provide affirming, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based mental health services to clients across the lifespan, within a values-driven practice that prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and strong clinician support.

Scheduling Flexible scheduling options available that align with both the clinician and client/family needs. A willingness to maintain afternoon availability and some evenings required for seeing children/adolescents who attend school during day hours.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide client-centered and culturally responsive individual therapy to a wide range of clients</li>
<li>Engage clients, families, and caregivers in treatment planning and psychoeducation</li>
<li>Conduct developmentally informed biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to each client</li>
<li>Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization</li>
<li>Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure coordinated care</li>
<li>Participate in individual supervision, case consultation, and team collaboration</li>
<li>Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Provide timely, developmentally appropriate communication to both clients and families</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Required:
<ul>
<li>Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field</li>
<li>Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience providing therapy to a wide range of clientele</li>
<li>Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions</li>
<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Training or certification in child/adolescent-focused modalities (e.g., play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, parent coaching)</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with schools and pediatric providers</li>
</ul>
