Position Summary: 
The Assembly Support Technician II will help with the day-to-day production needs and maintenance for all assembly equipment. In addition to firearms assembly, this position will involve assembly of remote weapons stations. The Technician will also assist Assembly Supervisors and Coordinators as well as help maintain 5S on the floor. The Technician will report to the Lead Manufacturing Engineer on first shift and will need to work flexible hours to accommodate training and learning between shifts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Maintain machine, fixtures, and tooling on all lines.</li>
<li>Assist with 5S maintenance and upkeep for the assembly department.</li>
<li>Complete odd jobs to assist assembly process and flow.</li>
<li>Assist with assembly line maintenance and line setup and changes.</li>
<li>Assist with build on any assembly line when needed.</li>
<li>Maintain general knowledge including maintenance of automated machines and manual toggle presses.</li>
<li>Provide routine support of mechanical assembly, wiring, and plumbing of automated assembly equipment.</li>
<li>Participate on machine runoffs for new capital equipment per machine specifications. Duties include machine operation, training, and inspection.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and fix production issues on legacy and new production products. Seek occasional support from Manufacturing Engineers for persistent issues.</li>
<li>Operate CMM equipment to complete capability studies and troubleshooting for new and existing processes.</li>
<li>Utilize 3D CAD software, SOLIDWORKS, to complete basic tooling part designs and modifications.</li>
<li>Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li>
<li>Assist with the creation, implementation, and maintenance of process documentation including work instructions, control plans, and visual standards.</li>
<li>Write routine reports and correspondence.</li>
<li>Speak effectively in one-on-one, small group situations, or to employees of the organization.</li>

Education/Experience &amp; Skills:

<li>High School diploma or equivalent, 3-6 years of previous technician work experience, and Engineering education and experience in an assembly environment is a plus.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years aiding in building, de-bugging, and run-off of automation machines.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably SOLIDWORKS, to create simple parts and drawings.</li>
<li>Demonstrated working knowledge of assembly line structure to properly identify maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Demonstrated working knowledge of general assembly fixtures, equipment, tools, and gages.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and interpret part specifications.</li>
<li>Quality of work must be very high.</li>
<li>Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately communicate ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form. Written and verbal communication of technical subjects is required.</li>
<li>Organization of documentation and record keeping shall be to a high standard.</li>

Working Conditions:

As an SPI Delivery Driver, you are representing SPI to our Customers. As a driver, you can be involved in all aspects of store operations and get paid tips daily. You represent our brand as the first, and sometimes only, Team Member our Customers see. Your contact with the Customer plays an essential role as we create smiles by making lives easier. Your professionalism and optimism as the face of Domino's delivery are vital to creating a pleasant experience for customers. At SPI, your safety is our #1 priority!

 Delivery Drivers $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement)
Insiders $15.50 – $17.00 per hour &nbsp;
Assistant Managers $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities) &nbsp;
General Managers $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives &amp; Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
Qualifications 
Must be 18 years of age with a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
Be outgoing and have a positive, upbeat attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Key Responsibilities
