Job Summary: 
 Responsible for all areas of Quality Engineering on customer programs. Responsible for working directly with the program management, tooling and manufacturing functions to ensure adequate systems, documentation, inspection methods and tools are used throughout the organization for molding and assembling healthcare products. Understanding customer requirements and implementing appropriate controls, documentation, action plans, and tools necessary to perform quality related tasks at all phases within the process.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Create and maintain pFMEAs, Control Plans, PPAPs, Master Validation Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports.</li>
<li>Analyze FAIRs, process and test method validation data before sending to the customer. </li>
<li>Lead customer complaint and CAPA investigations as required. </li>
<li>Manage ECOs, deviations, and documentation updates as required. </li>
<li>Generate and maintain applicable quality system documentation as needed.</li>
<li>Manages activities for handling healthcare products from receiving to shipping.</li>
<li>Assessing and ensuring compliance through training, auditing, and corrective and preventive actions. </li>
<li>Participate in customer audits and provide input to any observations. </li>
<li>Train personnel as required </li>
<li>Review and discuss daily rejects and implement action plans</li>
<li>Make appropriate changes to prevent recurrence of quality related issues. </li>
<li>Make appropriate changes to fixtures or inspection methods and tools as required. </li>

Essential Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor of Science Degree </li>
<li>5-7 years of experience as a Quality Engineering in the healthcare industry </li>
<li>Must have experience with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation</li>
<li>Must be able to read and understand 2D detailed part/article drawings</li>
<li>Must understand the use all quality related inspection equipment</li>
<li>Must have excellent problem solving and mistake proofing skills</li>
<li>Must have computer skills and familiarity with Word and Excel programs</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of SPC </li>

This position will involve directing and monitoring safe food preparation, food safety, and sanitization requirements, observing methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. Will receive and safely store deliveries, assist with inventory practices, and run the food pantry. The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and will be split between our Worcester and Shrewsbury locations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
•Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of multiple kitchens. •Assists with maintaining kitchen appliances and calls vendors as needed. •Assists with monitoring the cafeteria and kitchen's daily duties. •Point of contact when the Food Services Manager is unavailable. •Assists with inventory and food donation management. •Performs and conducts proper maintenance of food storage areas, dating all food items in the storage room (FIFO). •Enforces ServSafe food services health and safety guidelines and proper food handling and storage practices.Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards. •Assists with overseeing volunteer coordination for food distribution. This includes the food donation volunteer book and volunteers serving meals at all sites. •Assists with catered food &amp; special company events and staff meetings. •Responsible for food preparation according to a pre-planned menu. •Responsible for cooking, serving pre-planned meals, record keeping, and supervision of kitchen volunteers. •Assists with unpacking, labeling, storing, and rotating food and disposables. •Assists in the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitization of refrigeration/freezer units, steam tables, beverage dispensers, dining room tables, cupboards, shelves/racks, work surfaces, cooking equipment, dishes, utensils, appliances, and storage areas. •Reports appliance/equipment failures promptly. •Assist with periodic inventory checks and perform other functions such as maintaining records to comply with Veterans Inc., government, state, and local standards. •Point of Contact for Worcester County Food Bank pick-ups and drop-offs. •Will need to be comfortable driving a box truck to and from food pick-ups. •Cooks as needed. 
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

<li>Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Culinary Arts Certificate, or other related fields, preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Food Services Industry.</li>
<li>The ability and skill to cater to up to 300+ people groups is a plus.</li>
<li>CPR certified and AED/First Aid Certified or willing to attend both pieces of training. ServSafe Manager, Mass Allergen Awareness certifications are required.</li>
<li>A driver's license is required, and a DOT physical is needed to drive a box truck.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Worcester County Food Bank operations or prior experience with the organization.</li>

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Registered Nurses for in-home hospice care contracts in Keene, New Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.
Hospice RN Contract Details:

<li>$2,118 – $2,300 per week*</li>
<li>Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage</li>
<li>All nurses on contract with SHC are paid weekly</li>
<li>*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.</li>

 Requirements:

<li>Electronic Charting experience</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year recent relevant nursing experience</li>
<li>Most contracts require some on-call</li>
<li>Current New Hampshire RN License</li>
<li>American Heart Association BLS</li>
<li>Valid U.S. Driver’s License</li>
