 POSITION OVERVIEW This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is required. House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Westford / Chelmsford / Carlisle area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Problem solve on the job - finding solutions to get the job done exceptionally</li>
<li>Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. outdoors and indoors</li>
<li>Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks</li>
<li>Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise</li>
<li>Managing time efficiently and effectively to get jobs completed staying on schedule </li>
</ul>
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>STRONG problem solving skills required</li>
<li>5+ years of handyman / handywoman experience: carpentry, home repair, home renovation, painting, drywall, flooring, DIY projects</li>
<li>Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry</li>
<li>Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems (will be using a CRM and tablet/phone)</li>
<li>Friendly personality and committed to great customer service</li>
<li>Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and highly dependable</li>
<li>Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools</li>
<li>Time management</li>
<li>Valid driver's license </li>
