Patient Interaction &amp; Program Support

<li>Maintain respectful, professional, and supportive interactions with patients, offering encouragement and emotional support while referring clinical concerns to appropriate staff.</li>
<li>Assist with admissions, discharges, patient movement, group coordination, and recreational or therapeutic activities as assigned.</li>
<li>Support patient engagement in treatment programming and daily routines within the milieu.</li>

Communication, Teamwork &amp; Operations 
<ul>
<li>Communicate relevant patient information to supervisors and treatment team members to support coordinated care.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with clinical, nursing, medical, and operations staff to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.</li>
<li>Assist with patient transportation when required by assignment and ensure compliance with safety and driving requirements.</li>
<li>Support daily facility operations, including maintaining cleanliness, safety, and appropriate use of supplies.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/equivalent or higher.</li>
<li>Minimum age of 21 and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required when driving is assigned.</li>
<li>Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and/or mental health settings strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working in detoxification and/or residential levels of care preferred.</li>
<li>Behavioral health certification or related education preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in high-stress or crisis situations.</li>
<li>Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.</li>

The Director of Administrative Services directs the Towns administrative services, including oversight of finance, budgeting, and accounting functions. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and the effective delivery of Town services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee the Towns financial and accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP, GASB standards, and applicable laws</li>
<li>Coordinate and administer the development of the Towns annual operating budget in collaboration with the Town Manager</li>
<li>Provide financial information, analysis, and reporting to the Town Manager, elected officials, Town employees, and the public</li>
<li>Make organizational and technology recommendations to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of Town services</li>
<li>Recruit, train, assign, direct, supervise, and evaluate department employees; take corrective action as appropriate</li>
<li>Staff and provide bookkeeping and administrative support for the elected Trustees of Trust Funds</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state laws, Town ordinances, and financial policies</li>
<li>Perform related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of public finance, budgeting, accounting, and the investment of public funds</li>
<li>Knowledge of public administration principles and practices</li>
<li>Knowledge of government auditing procedures</li>
<li>Knowledge of GAAP and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) guidelines</li>
