This is a hands on positions where the ideal candidate will manage a Meals on Wheels site located in Exeter, NH at the Exeter Senior Center. The Exeter location has four home delivery routes in Exeter and Stratham, and hours are Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
A brief overview: Your day will start off with a delivery of food from our caterer. Everything is already cooked and prepared when it arrives at the site, you and your team just need to package everything up and get it ready to deliver. Then the meal delivery drivers pack their bags and head out to deliver meals. Your assistant and volunteers clean up and get things ready for the next day. You may also serve lunch to some of the seniors that attend the center for activities. As manager, you will make sure sanitation and food safe practices are being followed along with all other meals on wheels policies. You will have a weekly food order to complete. Contact clients and fill out client intakes and other needed paperwork to submit to the office. Attend monthly meetings. Perform home visits to assess client’s needs. Enter client data into system and set up meal schedule. Make weekly deposits, submit bi-weekly payroll and run reports. You also need to make sure the delivery routes are efficient and staff are following proper procedures. Make sure your staff are informed of day to day changes and follow up on emails and referrals in a timely manner.
Experience: Previous management experience is desired. Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures (ServSafe) a plus, but will train. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft platform programs. This position requires good managerial skills. You will be spending much of your time at a desk and will also be spending time in the kitchen each day working with your staff to get meals ready to deliver or to serve. You may also be required to deliver meals if you are short staffed. Experience working with seniors or in social services or non-profits is desired but not required. Driving and Criminal record checks will be performed. You must be 21+ and have a reliable vehicle.

HVAC Operations Manager – License Holder Location: Greater Worcester, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $120,000+ base (DOE) + commission &amp; bonuses
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Operations Manager with an active Massachusetts HVAC license to lead and grow a residential and commercial HVAC operation. This role combines leadership, operations, sales accountability, and hands-on technical expertise. You’ll play a key role in scaling a fast-growing company while building a strong, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Own day-to-day operations and full P&amp;L responsibility</li>
<li>Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop technicians and staff</li>
<li>Oversee scheduling, dispatch, job costing, and project execution</li>
<li>Maintain vendor relationships and manage budgets</li>
<li>Support troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and quality standards</li>
<li>Build processes, documentation, and operational best practices</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>10+ years of HVAC experience (management or leadership preferred)</li>
<li>Active Massachusetts Air Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration Contractor License (required)</li>
<li>Strong background in operations, job costing, and team leadership</li>
<li>Proven ability to hit revenue and growth targets</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Comfortable using technology and modern tools (including AI-based systems)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>
</ul>
Required Certifications
<ul>
<li>EPA 608 Certification</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
