PositionOverview:

Residential Environment:
● Work with the Cottage Director and cottage staff to ensure the safe and healthy operation of the cottage, addressing the residential needs of the students.
Academic Excellence:
● Collaborate with the principal and academic staff to develop and maintain a rigorous and supportive academic curriculum that meets student needs.
● Monitor and assess educational programs to ensure alignment with state standards and educational best practices.
Therapeutic Programming:
● Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and clinical staff to oversee the implementation of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs.
● Support the development and implementation of behavioral and emotional support plans.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
● Cultivate strong relationships with parents, guardians, community partners, students, and relevant stakeholders.
● Represent the school at meetings, conferences, and events to promote the institution's mission and values.

● Lead and support fundraising activities.
Team Leadership and Development:

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree preferred) in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. A background in Special Education or Behavioral Sciences is preferred.
● Proven leadership experience in an educational or therapeutic setting, preferably within a residential treatment facility environment.
● Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic interventions for young boys.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

The Ophthalmic Technician performs a range of duties which includes preparing the patient to see Attending Physician (preliminary exam, medical history, &amp; testing), preparation of examination and treatment rooms, performing basic and routine vision screening examinations, administering eye medications, cleaning and maintaining ophthalmic instruments and assisting physicians during minor surgical and laser procedures.

The Shipping Supervisor also supports truck maintenance and serves as a backup driver when needed, ensuring all shipping operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with customer and internal requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist and supervise packers to ensure part identification, packing codes, and documentation accurately match prints and customer or outside supplier requirements. Supervise and participate in packing activities as needed. Verify that products have passed inspection and submit packing list request forms to the job shop administrator. Maintain an updated finished parts inventory list, ensuring all items are clean, protected, labeled, and ready for delivery or storage. Oversee truck maintenance, driver duties, and scheduling. Coordinate outside supplier work, including pickup, delivery, common carrier arrangements, and customer communication. Maintain materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to support all shipping functions. Ensure the shipping area remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Process and complete all required documentation supporting the Quality Management System. Willingness to drive with a DOT medical card as a backup driver. Other duties may be assigned.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Physical Demands: Work conditions are consistent with a metal fabrication production environment. Some lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of various shipping methods. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and write in English. Knowledge of general math. Must meet Federal and State minimum age requirements.
