Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate and manage all masonry-related submittals on commercial construction projects. This role ensures materials, shop drawings, and samples meet project specifications and schedule requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage masonry submittals (shop drawings, product data, samples, mockups)</li>
<li>Review drawings and specifications for compliance</li>
<li>Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and project teams</li>
<li>Track approvals, revisions, and deadlines</li>
<li>Maintain submittal logs in Procore or similar software</li>
<li>Support field teams with approved materials and documentation</li>
<li>Place material orders for timely delivery to meet project schedule</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of masonry or construction submittal experience</li>
<li>Commercial construction experience</li>
<li>Ability to read construction drawings and specs</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of masonry systems (CMU, brick, stone, mortar, anchors)</li>
<li>Procore, Bluebeam, and similar platforms</li>
</ul>
