Location: Falmouth, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Pattern: 4 × 10.5-hour shifts (42 hours/week)
Pay Range: $50–$60/hour (blended rate including stipend)
Estimated Weekly Compensation: $2,000–$2,400

Travel Requirement (Mandatory)

This is a travel-only position.
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility in Falmouth, MA to be eligible.

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for a daytime contract assignment in coastal Massachusetts. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for adult and pediatric patients, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and preventing disability using evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including muscle, nerve, joint, and functional assessments

• Establish measurable, outcome-driven treatment goals

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and adjust care plans based on patient progress

• Maintain accurate, timely, and analytical clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care coordination and discharge planning

• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to PT Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students

• Support onboarding and training of new rehabilitation staff as needed

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Certification: Current BLS certification

• Experience: Prior clinical experience required; adult and pediatric experience preferred
