Job Description
Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations, assisting guests with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will support our hotel in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay and lead a team to follow that same standard of service excellence. 
 KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a friendly and helpful attitude, making sure check-ins and check-outs are smooth and pleasant experiences.Obtain all necessary information when taking reservations and monitor VIP and special guest requests. </li>
<li>Operational Oversight: Track logs and reports to ensure all processes are follwed. Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner. </li>
<li>Financial Responsibilities: tay informed about rates, packages, and promotions, and help maximize room revenue. </li>
<li>Team Leadership: Foster good communication and teamwork among staff members, assist in training new associates. </li>
<li>Problem Solving: Address guest concerns effectively and handle workplace issues efficiently and proactively. </li>
<li>Compliance and Standards: Lead by example and follow all standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. </li>
<li>Technical Skills: Enter, track, and report information in the brand systems. </li>

 EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE

<li>At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required. </li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful. </li>
<li>Previous supervisory experience preferred. </li>
<li>Must have a valid drivers license. </li>
<li>Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. </li>
