Signal Strength (Qualifications)
 
<ul>
<li>Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field - or equivalent industry experience.</li>
<li>Preferred 1-2+ years of experience in telecom, utility construction, permitting, or project coordination roles.</li>
<li>Knowledge of wireless infrastructure elements such as macro towers, small cells, and fiber backbone routes is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Familiarity with utility permitting, state right-of-way (ROW) processes, and pole attachment regulations is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in client and municipal communications.</li>

We are doing a structured cable project at a new construction Amazon facility in North Andover, MA. Techs will need to prep, pull, then terminate. Need full PPE gear (hard hat, boots, goggles, gloves, reflective vest) (Tools needed – screw drivers, punch down, crimpers, snips/cutters). They will be doing lots of lift work, so need to be comfortable on lifts.
***OSHA 10 and lift certification are required. ***
