Full Job Description: Integra is looking for an AV Field Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are excited about technology and looking to work in a team environment.
 The AV Field Engineer provides superior service and customer support during installations and site field visits generally within the greater Boston area. You would support Integra’s clients directly by assisting with onsite repair, maintenance, and testing of integrated audio/visual systems. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Working with the newest AV distribution devices, the AV Field Engineer must be proficient in working with hardware and software solutions alike from industry leaders such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Zoom, Teams, Polycom and the like.
 Candidates must have an extensive audio and video background and a proven ability to program and troubleshoot complex audio, video, and control systems.
 Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair of digital audio/visual equipment. Service calls may include issues related to control equipment, projectors, digital AV switchers, DSPs and other audio equipment, microphones, and wall-mounted displays. Services will include device deployment, software installation, testing network connections, troubleshooting services, and repairs. Service requests will be tracked and documented in ticketing software.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-site technical support for remote programming or remote support engineers.</li>
<li>Reading and following AV drawings, for both equipment configurations and blueprints.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review and research manufacturer websites/manuals to determine best next steps for resolution of open issues.</li>
<li>Perform software and firmware upgrades as required to correct problems encountered in the field.</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance visits to help maintain stable system environment.</li>
<li>Check functionality of newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.</li>
<li>Responsible for all service call documentation: service tickets, client follow-up, RMA processing, and checklists pertaining to site visits and preventative maintenance checks.</li>
<li>Maintain a broad knowledge of audio/visual technology, equipment, and/or systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-site support for vendor installation teams.</li>
<li>Interacting with end users in a confident professional manner.</li>
<li>Work with consultants, install teams, and clients to complete final punch lists and close-out documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li>

Required Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the installation, service, and maintenance of professional audio-visual systems with at least 1-year experience in AV Field Engineering.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:

<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room, Polycom, Logitech, and Cisco.</li>
<li>Be skilled at programming audio DSP solutions from multiple vendors including but not limited to; Biamp, QSC and Extron.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to service and support complex video distribution systems.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of networked audio and associated concepts.</li>
<li>Proficient with a computer.</li>
<li>Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Mac IOS, and Android operating systems.</li>
<li>Have a solid understanding of networks and associated AV networking requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to think and work independently.</li>
<li>Strong client skills and the ability to communicate in a timely and organized manner.</li>

The Analyst III, Epic Reporting will be housed under a subsidiary organization of C3, Community

financial, and administrative Epic applications
• Assist in the assessment of workflow processes and assisting in process re-engineering to 
achieve efficiencies in departmental operations
• Assist users in developing reports and analyses, troubleshooting, and resolution of application

• Work with the IT Education staff to assist in training users and in the development of 
documentation
• Maintain a level of knowledge about IT operations and network issues and maintaining current 
industry knowledge

planning and implementation stages of the application, including the development of dictionaries
• Work with Department Managers and IT Education staff to ensure training programs for use of 
applications are developed and conducted for all levels of users and participate in such programs 
when needed
• Develop system documentation to supplement vendor manuals and which defines processes, 
procedures, and policies regarding utilization of various functions
• Assist departments with the development of downtime procedures
• Work with Operation Manager and staff to establish schedules for report production and system 
jobs to maintain balanced system utilization and minimize system degradation, if necessary
• Sustain working knowledge of key functions of all aspects of the department in order to provide 
emergency coverage in the absence of others in the department
• Work with Applications Manager to accomplish other departmental tasks
• Notify the Applications Manager of requests for custom modifications to standard applications 
and of any updates to standard systems which replace existing custom modifications so that the 
Application Manager can take appropriate action

Dentist’s, alongside fellow team members, will be fully entrusted to ensure that the utmost competent care and safety is consistently delivered with compassion to the patient population. The medical teams will be located within a secure medical facility, where such services include, but are not limited to the following:

<li>Medical Screening (New Arrivals)</li>
<li>Comprehensive Screening</li>
<li>Sick Call</li>
<li>24-Hour Emergency Medical and Mental Health Treatment </li>
<li>Women’s Medical Care</li>
</ul>
Aspen Medical will provide additional EMS, Diagnostic and Laboratory, and other ancillary services. All clinic service delivery services will be provided in accordance with US clinical standards and compliance measures.&nbsp; Citizenship: *All Aspen Medical staff must be US citizens or Green Card holders.&nbsp;Sponsorship will not be available.&nbsp;&nbsp; Requirements: Education:&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of&nbsp;a dental school approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Dental and Auxiliary Educational Programs of the American Dental Association (ADA) or the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada of the Canadian Dental Association with either a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree or a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree</li>
<li>Successful completion of an approved residency program in general practice or specialty, or comparable experience as a dentist actively involved in treating medically compromised patients</li>
</ul>
Board Certification:  &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>American Board of General Dentistry (ABGD) Board-eligible or ABGD Board Certified required</li>
</ul>
License:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States (i.e., Puerto Rico), or in the District of Columbia</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of three&nbsp;(3)&nbsp;years of relevant experience post-qualification to include experience in general dentistry and clinical experience in orofacial pain, emergency and non-emergency dental procedures, dental implants, and a strong surgical skill set</li>
</ul>
Certification:
<ul>
<li>Current, valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)</li>
</ul>
Language Proficiency:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Fluency in Spanish is highly desired but not required </li>
</ul>
