In this outreach and clinic-based role, you will provide ongoing assessment, individual therapy to adults, adolescents and children, family therapy and group therapy, along with support services to patients referred to the Behavioral Health Team from BHCHP providers and outside sources. You’ll provide expertise to providers and others regarding patient’s Behavioral Health treatment plan that meet the medical needs of our patients in an integrated care model. 
Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Provides behavioral health assessment and ongoing individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adult, adolescent, and child patients in a clinic site, outreach sites, including DTA motels.&nbsp; Provides crisis evaluations as needed on-site.</li>
<li>Connects patients with resources necessary to address needs, such as substance abuse treatment, vocational training, literacy services, and alternatives to shelter living.</li>
<li>Maintains contact and consultation with patients’ medical providers to provide comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Obtains billing authorizations in a timely fashion and maintains up-to-date charting of electronic records.</li>
<li>Meets weekly or biweekly with senior staff for individual supervision and biweekly for peer group supervision; attends weekly BH clinical rounds, Family Team meeting, and other meetings as scheduled.</li>
<li>Advocate and coordinate on behalf of the client with other agencies involved in the client’s life when appropriate; LICSW provides supervision to unlicensed clinicians as needed.</li>
<li>Provides documentation for grants, projects, and other areas as directed by supervisor.</li>
<li>Undertakes projects and assignments as required; Participates on intra-agency committee(s).</li>

Qualifications and Education:
<ul>
<li>Massachusetts LICSW and LMHC preferred, LCSW required or license eligible; Must be licensed or must obtain license within 18 months (for LCSW) or 42 months (for LMHC) of hire date. </li>
<li>Candidates working toward LCSW licensure must have filed a license application with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Workers and must not have failed the licensing exam more than once.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Haitian Kreyol is required.</li>
<li>Experience with the homeless population preferred; experience practicing adult/adolescent/child individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy.</li>
<li>Training in substance abuse, trauma, and women’s issues</li>
<li>Ability to work with dual diagnosed patients who also have complex medical problems and the ability to be flexible within a changing milieu.</li>
<li>Takes direction well and works well with a multidisciplinary team approach.</li>

We are currently seeking a&nbsp;Full time (40 hours per week with 25 billable expectation)&nbsp;Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&amp;S) staff member in our In Home Therapy (IHT) program. The starting pay range is $20-$22 and the hours are Monday through Friday, between 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This schedule will change based on the clinical needs of assigned families.
The TT&amp;S provides intensive family therapy services to a youth up to age 21 and his/her family in order to treat the young person’s behavioral health needs, improving the family’s ability to provide effective support to promote healthy functioning. IHT is a structured, strength-based therapeutic relationship between a Master’s level clinician, a TT&amp;S, the youth, and his/her family.
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Have a willingness and ability to work with the SED, DMH and DCF populations.</li>
<li>In-Home Therapy is provided by a qualified clinician who may work in a team that may include a qualified TT&amp;S staff member.</li>
<li>IHT Services may be provided in any setting where the youth is naturally located, in-person and via telehealth when clinically indicated.</li>
<li>Arrange for the collection of relevant information regarding the family’s story, current situation, and family strengths and needs.</li>
