We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician to be part of our residential team!
Someone with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Oil &amp; Propane experience a plus!

Shifts Available: 
<ul>
<li>1st Shift | 7:30am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday</li>
<li>2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Weekends Only | 7:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday &amp; Sunday</li>
</ul>
Pay Rate:
<ul>
<li>1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities</li>
<li>2nd Shift | $38.00 - $50.00 per hour | must have oil &amp; propane experience</li>
<li>Weekends Only | $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities</li>

What You Will Be Doing: 
<ul>
<li>Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment</li>
<li>Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems</li>
<li>Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers</li>
<li>Experience service /maintenance/ troubleshooting / repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment including oil &amp; propane</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service</li>
<li>Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and products</li>
<li>Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions</li>
<li>Daily use of tablet</li>
</ul>
Qualifications / Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li>
<li>4 + years of HVAC experience</li>
<li>EPA Universal Certification</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints</li>
<li>Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques</li>
<li>Experience with service / maintenance on oil &amp; propane systems a plus!</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired</li>
<li>MA or NH Gas Licensed desired - we train!</li>
<li>MA or NH Oil License desired - we train!</li>
