What You'll Need:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles, with exposure to operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and transportation processes.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.</li>

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually for US-based employees. Klaviyo is seeking a Web Growth Manager to drive measurable growth across all Klaviyo.com surfaces.
