Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support active construction projects in Bridgewater, MA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience and strong skills in document control, coordination, and project support.

Assistant Project Manager – Construction

Location: Taunton, MA
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage project plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Maintain construction documents using PlanGrid and distribute updates to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage RFIs and Submittals through Viewpoint
  • Review shop drawings and material submittals for contract compliance
  • Coordinate project schedules and communicate updates
  • Maintain strong relationships with Owners, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Ensure timely flow of information to field staff and trade partners
  • Identify and communicate project issues and risks
  • Verify subcontract agreements, insurance, and badging prior to mobilization
  • Participate in monthly schedule update meetings

Qualifications:

  • MUST have minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or related role
  • Experience with PlanGrid, Viewpoint, or similar construction software
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
