Key Program is seeking Overnight Awake Shift Workers in Worcester, MA, for their residential program, serving up to nine adolescents referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Shift Worker is responsible for the welfare of the children/youth in Key’s residential programs during the overnight hours (11pm – 8am). They monitor clients, perform bed checks, and implement safety and security procedures.
