Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Age 18 years or older (age 21 and older if providing transportation)</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to help with all or most of the job duties. One or more years experience is helpful.</li>
<li>Professional, compassionate, mature, and trustworthy</li>
<li>Open to feedback and learning new approaches to care</li>
<li>Able to legally work in the United States with proper documents (must have a social security number and valid photo ID)</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and backup transportation and able to assist clients in Hampshire County (Easthampton, Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, Belchertown, etc.) A driver's license and a reliable vehicle are helpful and required for some, but not all, positions.</li>
<li>Satisfactory results of a CORI and National Criminal Background Check</li>
<li>Verifiable references</li>
