We are currently seeking DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS for our residential program in Walpole. Starting pay rate is $22.00 - $26.00/hour, depending on years of experience and level of education completed.Relief staff earn $21.50/hour. We have an immediate need to fill OVERNIGHT shifts (11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.). Other shifts include: Saturdays and Sundays all shifts, weekday afternoons, evenings.
Position Requirements:

<li>Assist individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.</li>
<li>Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.</li>
<li>Maintain core training certifications including FA/CPR, PABC, and MAP.</li>

Required Education/Experience: 
<ol>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates or DSP Certification preferred.</li>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.</li>
</ol>
Required Skills/Knowledge:

<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills so that the writing of required documents is clear and articulate.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.</li>
<li>Computer literacy includes the ability to use proficiently Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.</li>

Job DescriptionNorth Suffolk is looking for Relief Workers to join our team! As a Relief Worker you will be responsible for the health, safety and quality of life of individuals living in our Substance Use Disorder Residential Programs. These programs are considered to be a High Intensity Residential Service. The program provides behavior modification treatment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. We provide medication assisted treatment for those individuals who meet the criteria and residents are treated for mental health disorders. This is a 24 hour a day program with 24 hour per day staffing. Programs located in East Boston and Chelsea.
The Relief Worker is a per diem position paying $20/hour. 
What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Ensure the health &amp; safety of the individuals at all times through a conscientious awareness of their activities &amp; assist as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing, teaching, and assisting individuals with IAP goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure proper administration and documentation of all medication.</li>
<li>Assist and approve weekly activity logs for each resident assigned.</li>
<li>Assist residents with benefits.</li>
<li>Assist and Support assigned residents on budgeting.</li>
<li>Participate in upkeep and maintenance of program.</li>
<li>Transport individuals in agency vehicle as needed.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Six months experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.</li>
<li>Skills: Mass Driver’s License required. Must have the ability to become medication, SFA and CPR certified within five months of hire (training provided)</li>
